This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 582 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 and under Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14901 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 learned Exclusive Excise Judge-I, Begusarai, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 582 of 2021.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Muffasil Police Station, District- Begusarai, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
