Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case on 10.08.2017.

Submission is that petitioner was never put on TI Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19865 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Supaul Police Station Case No. 194 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
