This application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3931 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender and for correction in address portion of petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's father is still alive, but in the FIR 'Late' word was mentioned, due to which inadvertently in the original bail petition also 'Late' word was inserted which may be corrected as Parvind Singh @ Lamboo Singh @ Parvin Kumar Singh, Son of Raghuwendra Singh @ Raghwendra

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22249 of 2021(3) dt.07-07-2021 2/2 Kumar Singh, r/v-Nadawan, PS-Buxar (Muffsi), District-Buxar. It is further submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3931 of 2020, subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) in the court below, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown. In the address portion of original bail petition, in father's name of petitioner, 'Late' word be deleted and it may be corrected and read as Parvind Kumar @ Lamboo Singh @ Parvin Kumar Singh, Son of Raghuwendra Singh @ Raghwendra Kumar Singh, r/v-Nadawan, PS-Buxar (Muffsil), District-Buxar.

In view of the reasons assigned, six weeks further time from today is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below. The order dated 29.02.2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
