JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 334/15, registered for offences punishable under Section 304(B), 34 of Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that that though petitioner is husband and the case is dowry death, however, no specific allegation has been made against him and further he has been in custody since 05.03.2016. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, earlier in this case a report was called for, from which it appears that charges have been framed against the petitioner. Further in view of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is, accordingly, rejected.
