2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, 10-12 unknown persons came at the house of the informant and started installing the pillars to block the way and when the informant objected it, all the accused persons started assaulting and abusing him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16273 of 2024(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 petitioners has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. He next submits that there is no specific allegation attributed against the petitioners and the allegations are general and omnibus.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the first information report and impugned order dated 08.02.2024, it appears that no fire arm injury on the body of the victim and petitioners are in custody since 22.01.2024 and also the submissions as made by the petitioners, in these circumstances, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024.
