Seeing the police, the driver as well as pillion rider succeeded in their escape. On search, seven bottles of special whisky each containing 750 ml, 30 bottles of royal stag each containing 180 ml and a motorcycle has been seized. Furthermore, it has also been disclosed that on query petitioner along with Anil Ram has been identified to be occupant of the aforesaid motorcycle. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 08-12-2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3. Accordingly, petitioner Bhola Kumar @ Ratnesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the
