Petitioner seeks bail in connection Noorsarai P.S. Case no. 37 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 386, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation in the FIR against this petitioner is that he has demanded extortion of Rs 5 lacs as far as allegation of firing is concerned the same is against co-accused Bhola Singh who is alleged to have fired which hit Suryamani Prasad @ Golki

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts that petitioner is in jail custody since 15.09.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsarif in Noorsarai P.S.
