The writ petitioner has been filed by the petitioner for following relief:- "For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondents to release the land of the petitioner described in paragraph no. 3 of this application from the list of land in which transfer by a registered deed has been stopped."

3. The Additional Collector, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law on the recommendation sent by DCLR, Sadar Motihari

Patna High Court CWJC No.4029 of 2025(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 East Champaran through his letter no. 609 dated 28.04.2023. It is expected that the order will be passed within a period of three months.
