The same is taken on record. Mr Sanjeev Kumar for the petitioner submits that he would be approaching the State Teachers Appellate Authority (for brevity, the Authority). He, however, submits that the petitioner is likely to be met with the issue of delay in view of pendency of this writ petition.

This Court would observe that ground of pendency of the writ petition before this Court would be available to the
