This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Beur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2020 (G.R. No.7717 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named, who has been arrested.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named.

No.24751 of 2021(3) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24327 of 2021 by which, similarly situated co-accused namely, Vijay Kumar @ Vijay Rai, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24327 of 2021, this bail application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner nos.2 and 3, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2020 (G.R. No. 7717 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
