The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution, petitioner and other co-accused came at the house of the informant and asked him to purchase motorcycle on an amount of Rs. 15,000/- and assured him that they will execute the document in respect of said motorcycle in his name in 2-3 days, upon which, the informant agreed and paid Rs. 5000/- to co-accused Ranjeet Kumar.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the so-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32575 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 called motor cycle. The allegation of selling and receiving the money is against co-accused Ranjit Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Murliganj P.S.Case No. 335 of 2016.
