This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 for offences under Sections 363, 366A and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant while she was sleeping in night in her house. It is submitted that the statement of the girl reflects that it is a case of elopement and the age of the girl is also assessed in between 17 to 18 years in the medical examination, so the girl is major, and the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13973 of 2018(3) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pratapganj P.S.
