Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bisfi (O.P. Patauna) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018, G.R.No. 443 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 353, 109, 114, 117, 427, 435, 379, 504, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Damage of Public Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2018. In the instant case 32 persons have

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner is a member of mob and he is in custody since 6.10.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (O.P.
