JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-01-2022 By order dated 21.12.2021, the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Vijay Pandit and Raju Pandit @ Raj Kumar has been dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5, namely, Rajdeo Pandit @ Rajdeo Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar @ Fulchan @ Fulchan Kumar and Pintu Mukhia @ Pintu Kumar, apprehend their arrest in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24403 of 2021(3) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.414 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the daughter of the informant eloped with Suraj Kumar @ Mahadev and the petitioners are his friends, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos.3, 4 and 5, namely, Rajdeo Pandit @ Rajdeo Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar @ Fulchan @ Fulchan Kumar and Pintu Mukhia @ Pintu Kumar, in the event of their arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.414 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
