Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery of motorcycle is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2018. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ankit Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

No.14304 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Kadamkuan Police Station Case No. 730 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
