Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/132 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 and 468 of the I.P.C. The case of the complainant is that the petitioner had sold the land which he had received by way of partition. It has been further alleged that when the informant had protested, the petitioner assaulted him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a title suit is pending for the aforesaid land. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case an has no criminal

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct deem it fit and appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the abovenamed petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/132 of 2016 subject to the conditions enumerated under Section 438 (2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
