Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of demand of ransom on mobile call is against co-accused Raju Singh Rathour @ Surendra Narain Singh, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 23764 of 2017 vide Annexure-2. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Only material against the petitioner is that he is associate of Raju Singh Rathour @ Surendra Narain Singh.
