Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of demand of ransom on mobile call is against co-accused Raju Singh Rathour @ Surendra Narain Singh, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 23764 of 2017 vide Annexure-2. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Only material against the petitioner is that he is associate of Raju Singh Rathour @ Surendra Narain Singh. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12359 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Govindganj (Malahi)Police Station Case No.161 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
