JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307,302/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner committed murder of the informant's mother.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the allegation of assault is general and omnibus against the petitioner and other accused persons and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he along with other FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant and his mother. Mother of the
