2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 265 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 308, 354, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was standing at her door, the petitioner came there and started abusing her. Thereafter, the petitioner assaulted her with iron rod, with an intention to kill her. Further, the petitioner snatched her golden mangalsutra worth Rs. 18,000/-.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15667 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 this case. He has submitted further that the injuries are simple in nature and there is delay of eight days in lodging of the FIR.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 265 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
