The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 452, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the Petitioners have criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.
