The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has got service on the basis of the forged documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner did not perform his duty as per the satisfaction of the authority concerned. He submits that the petitioner has already resigned from the post on 04.05.2018 which is clear from the F.I.R. itself. He further

Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.200/2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
