2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the IPC which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69067 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

4. In compliance of order dated 13.03.2024, a progress report dated 20.03.2024 has been received from which it appears that nine months in required to conclude the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since

6. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the bail application of the petitioner. This application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
