JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 414 and other sections of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 11.3.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14221 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Madhepura in Singheshwar Police Station Case No. 190 of 2021.
