The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S.Case No.85 of 2012 registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they killed the sister of the informant for demand of dowry and disposed of her dead body.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no2. is motherin-law of the deceased and that the husband of the deceased has already been acquitted in the present case vide Sessions Trial No.647 of 2012. It has also been submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property from the deceased. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

No.21495 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts that the husband of the deceased has already been acquitted in the present case, the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S.Case No.85 of 2012 (G.R.No.884 of 2012), subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
