2. The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, has prayed for as under:- "(A) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the Respondents to make payment of Bill amount Rs. 5,43,000/- to the petitioner which has not yet been paid to the petitioner in lack of allotment for the work done by him on the occasion of three tier Panchayat Election-2016.
(B) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the Respondents to make payment of the said amount to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4737 of 2023 dt.19-04-2023 2/2 petitioner with 12% up-to-date interest.
(C) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the opinion of this Hon'ble court."
3. In view of the detailed judgment dated 19.04.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4144 of 2023 (Kaushalendra Kumar Singh Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.,), the present writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner as given in C.W.J.C. No. 4144 of 2023(supra).
