The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 184 of 2017 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 606 of 2017 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 20/22 of NDPS Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that 200 gram Ganja was recovered from his possession on 04.12.2017 at about 6:00 PM from Pan Gumti.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.5082 of 2018(3) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 184 of 2017 arising out of Masaurhi P.S.
