Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar School Examination Board submits that Board has invited objection for correction of the record of Backward Class category vide advertisement No. 302 of 2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar School

Patna High Court CWJC No.4523 of 2019(3) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Examination Board and file representation and on filing such representation the Bihar School Examination Board is expected to address the grievance of the petitioner and adopt corrective measures.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
