Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in nutshell is that by committing fraud, petitioner has reduced her age and she has got the post of Sahayika at Anganbari center No. 93, using the matriculation certificate of her dead younger sister, namely, Pushpalata, and she is drawing the Hanorarium.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that as more than one name

No.14200 of 2022(5) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 of the petitioner was in use and due to this unfortunately, some documents have arisen with the home name (Pukaru name) of the petitioner. Petitioner is one and the same person having two names. It is further submitted that due to personal enmity of the husband of petitioner's daughter with the petitioner the present case has been filed with false and concocted allegations. It is submitted via supplementary affidavit that good sense has been prevailed between the parties.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
