The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 1000 pouches of country made liquor each containing 200 ml were recovered from the tempo. The petitioner is said to be the owner of the alleged vehicle. Petitioner claims that she is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.06.2017.

No.34042 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bonds.
