Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of administering poison due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Husband of deceased is already in custody. Petitioners are in custody since 28.09.2017 and 04.12.2017 respectively. Investigation is complete. The petitioners are ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
