JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to C II121 of 2008 registered under Sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Bihar Kasth Chiran Act, 1990.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a reference to the seizure list would show that petitioner is a small carpenter and not a big saw-mill owner as only two small logs of wood were found and no other wood was found in the premises. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Khantar Sharma be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Case No.
