Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 671 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
