JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S.Case No. 07 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though girl supports the case of the prosecution in her statement but she has married with the petitioner and living together. Whereas the material in the case diary indicates that girl is minor and kidnapped by the petitioner, so prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected.
