Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Danapur (Rail Danapur) P.S. Case No.132 of 2017, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the articles recovered from possession of the petitioner, a few jewelleries, mobile and its SIM, all are personal belongings of the petitioner and those are not stolen. It is also submitted that on the same day another case was instituted i.e. G.R.P. Danapur P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 for stealing a laptop from a co-passenger in the train but there was no recovery of laptop and in that case the petitioner was granted bail by the court below and the petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2017.
