JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No. 165 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation in brief is that 977 litres of foreign liquor and 08 liters of beer was recovered from the house of the one Gajendra Prasad Singh and allegation is that petitioner was delivery boy. It is submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he was also not apprehended at the spot and is in custody since 08.01.2018 and has clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bipul Kumar @ Vipul Sudhanshu,, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
