The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks modification of the order dated 24.02.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 8139 of 2016 in which name of petitioner No. 2 has wrongly been typed as 'Pramod Sah' in place of 'Pramod Roy'. It is further submitted that the name of father of petitioner no. 4 Fulo Ram @ Fulo Roy has wrongly been typed in the petition as 'Ram Prasad Roy' which should be 'Ram Prasad Ram'. Accordingly, the order dated 24.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8139 of 2016 stands corrected to the extent that name of petitioner no. 2 be read as 'Pramod Roy' in place of 'Pramod Sah' and further name of father of petitioner no. 4 Fulo Ram @ Fulo Roy be read as 'Ram Prasad Ram' in place of 'Ram Prasad Roy'. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13066 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 allowed to the extent indicated above by extending the time to surrender for further eight weeks from today before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S.Case No. 154 of 2015.
