The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 388/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/379/354(B)/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with
