02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Prohibition of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 48 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 02.05.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31827 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
