On behalf of the respondent- Bihar School Examination Board a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed wherein in para-6 stand has been taken that the respondents shall adopt corrective measures. Para-6 of the supplementary counter affidavit runs as follows:- "6. That further it is respectfully submitted that in order to inspire confidence and to submit that due endeavor would be promptly undertaken towards correction in the Caste Category of candidates pertaining to BETET examination 2017, that for the present, necessary steps for correction in the category of the petitioners of CWJC No.

4239/2019 (Tina Rai) and CWJC No.

13691/2019 (Dharmendra Singh Yadav) have been initiated and it is bonafidely expected that necessary correction in the category of the aforesaid two petitioners, i.e.
