The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2017 in connection with Special Excise Case No.2926 of 2017, arising out of Dagarawa P.S. Case No.194 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
