2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to make payment of arrear of salary from March, 2010 and also to make regular payment of current salary."

3. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent no. 7- the Registrar of the Magadh University, as per the recommendation of Syndicate and by the order of the Vice-Chancellor vide Letter No. G.S.I.D/28/2025 dated 04.03.2025, has confirmed the services of the petitioner and other employees, who are appointed on compassionate ground from the date, which is mentioned in the aforesaid letter, which has been brought on record by way of 'Annxure-P/10' to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above decision and the subsequent action of the University in respect of the petitioner and other employees, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. So far as, the payment of salary for the period the petitioner has worked, the action be taken in that respect

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
