====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State as well as the informant.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S.Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's 17 years old daughter was enticed away by the accused persons for the purpose of marriage.

Submission is that petitioner is the father of the boy who had eloped with the informant's daughter and she is a major girl, however, there is no any specific allegation against the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ram Prasad Rai, is
