Petitioner seeks bail in Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No.332 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the IPC.

The informant alleged that the petitioner enticed his minor daughter but it appears that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed her age more than 17 years. The victim denied the factum of her kidnapping. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house, called the petitioner and fled away. She solemnized marriage with the petitioner.

Having considered the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, the petitioner named above
