Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No.18 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no other material besides some criminal antecedents, petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2017 and investigation is already complete. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Golu Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S.
