JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.01.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 615 of 2022, by which the petitioner has been granted bail. Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the criminal antecedents of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the bail petition as "two" whereas there are "six" criminal antecedents of the petitioner.

He, therefore, prays to modify the order dated 18.01.2023 to the extent that there are six criminal antecedents of the petitioner, not two.

The aforesaid submission of Ld. Counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18312 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 petitioner shows that the petitioner had concealed four criminal antecedents at the time of filing the bail petition. Hence, in view of the concealment of some criminal antecedents, the petitioner is directed to file bail-bond only after three months from today.

This order will be integral part of the order dated 18.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 615 of 2022. (Jitendra Kumar, J) skm/- U T
