Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim who died after 12 years of her marriage, leaving behind four children.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and just to pressurize, false case has been lodged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
