JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 372 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the F.I.R., points out that the whole dispute started from spitting. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S.
