JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Siwan to dispose off the application of the petitioner, filed for grant of Arms licence on 09.09.2016.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the District Magistrate, Siwan to dispose off the aforesaid application of the petitioner, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.4285 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
