Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of theft of seeds is against unknown. The petitioner is accused in two cases registered under the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission is that co-accused, from whose possession the seed was recovered, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7381 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.597 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
