The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014 registered under Sections 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that M/S J.S. Trading Company belonging to Jhulan Prasad was raided by the police in presence of the informant, in which, duplicate Crompton Sub-mersible Pump and duplicate Geyser of Bajaj Company were recovered and M/S J.S. Trading Company also disclosed that the said articles were

No.18332 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 purchased from M/S Rakesh Batery belonging to the petitioners but no any payment of receipt or any other documents has been brought during the investigation. It is further submitted that, in fact, the shop of the petitioners is of battery, which would appear from the F.I.R. itself but the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to ill motive.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
